Please read these Terms and Conditions (‘the agreement’) before you use the Kurer app (‘the app’). It is a legal agreement between you and Kurer App.
For users who do not consent to the agreement, please log out. You must comply with all directions by Kurer App. You warrant that in accessing and using the app you will only use it in a manner you are legally entitled to use.
You acknowledge that Kurer App does not and cannot in any way supervise, edit or control the content and form of any information or data accessed through Kurer. You acknowledge and agree that Kurer App retain complete editorial control over Kurer the app and may alter, amend or cease the operation of the app at any time in our sole discretion.
Do not endorse, sponsor or approve any such user generated content or any content available on any linked website. Kurer App disclaims all or any liability for any material on Kurer that you find offensive, upsetting, defamatory or personally offensive.
By posting or adding any content to the app, you grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty, irrevocable, worldwide and transferable right and licence to use that content in anyway (including, without limitation, by reproducing, changing and communicating the content to the public) and permit us to authorise any other person to do the same thing.
If you add any content in which any third party has moral rights, you must also ensure that the third party also consents in the same manner you shall not access, or permit anyone to access the app for any purpose or activity of an illegal or fraudulent nature. You must not add any content to the app that is or could reasonably be considered to be obscene, inappropriate, defamatory, disparaging, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, threatening, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, blasphemous, or in breach of privacy.
You shall refrain from disruptive activities, which may include, but are not limited to, the circulation of any unsolicited publicity or advertising material, propagation of computer worms and viruses, use of the app to gain unauthorised access to any other computer system, the sending of harassing, obscene, offensive or threatening electronic mail, forgery of electronic mail and the placement or transmission or storage of any defamatory material on the internet.
You shall not reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, copy, transfer or commercially exploit any information accessed through, or received from Kurer that would infringe the intellectual property right of any person.
Kurer App shall be under no liability in respect of any loss or damage (including consequential loss or damage) which may be suffered or incurred or which may arise directly or indirectly in respect of goods or services supplied pursuant to this agreement including liability for personal injury (including sickness and death) or in respect of a failure or omission on the part of Kurer to comply with its obligations under this agreement.
If a provision in this agreement is invalid or unenforceable it is to be read down or severed to the extent necessary without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
